Denim fabric, as we all know, is a type of coarse diagonal denim fabric. The fabric surface is the side that looks at the color of the warp yarn, usually blue, black, etc., while the fabric bottom is the side that looks at the color of the weft yarn, usually white, black, etc., which is composed of the warp yarn andweftThe fabric made is resistant to dirt and wear. Good jeans are very comfortable to wear, and the longer they last, the more durable they look.
Common types of fabrics include TR denim fabric, stretch free denim, cotton stretch, synthetic fiber, or adding many techniques, layers, and sanding to some fabrics. If you need to promote these, today I will temporarily share with you my common types.
TR refers toPolyester adhesive fabricT is polyester
R is Rayon, which represents a blended yarn or fabric made of polyester with a composition of over 60% and blended with Rayon.
The common specification and thickness formula is 12s x 21s/70D. The first 12 pieces are the number of warp yarns, and the larger the number, the thinner the fabric. The symbol "x" represents the number of weft yarns, and 70D represents elasticity. The larger the number, the greater the elasticity. For example, 12s+12s x 21s/40D+21s/70D. As mentioned earlier, 12s is the number of warp yarns, and the "+" sign in this case means bamboo knots are added. The symbol "+" in the weft yarn represents 21s/40D+21s/70D, while 40 elasticity+70 elasticity means that the elasticity is not very large. It belongs to medium elasticity fabric, and denim fabric has three types of elasticity: low elasticity. Being hit, high elasticity, the full 70D with other elastic fibers is equivalent to high elasticity, suitable for making women's clothing. The full 40 elasticity belongs to low elasticity, suitable for making men's clothing fabrics. Of course, many men's clothing now also use high elasticity fabrics. Good fabrics have different hand feel and appearance depending on the warp yarn.TR denim
